Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Figure Skating Workshop with the Champion of Ukraine, Kyrylo Marsak
(May 24–25, 2025, Torbyd Ice Rink, Bydgoszcz)

§1. General Information

• The organizer of the workshop is Yelyzaveta Marsak, NIP: 5543032596, operating under the brand "On Ice with Elizabeth".

• The workshop will take place on May 24–25, 2025 at Torbyd Ice Rink, Toruńska 59, Bydgoszcz.

• Participation in the workshop is voluntary and paid.

• The number of spots is limited to 30 participants. Registration order and timely payment determine eligibility.

§2. Participation Conditions

• The workshop is intended for children, teenagers, and adults of all skill levels. However, participants are expected to be comfortable skating, without fear of performing jumps, one-foot spins, and more advanced steps (such as crossovers, barrels, snakes on two feet, crossrolls).

• Minors can participate only with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.

• Each participant must have their own equipment (including skates).

• The organizer does not provide accommodation, meals, or transportation.

§3. Workshop Scope, Fees, and Insurance

• The fee for participation in the workshop is 500 PLN (120€ / 5600 UAH) for two days.

  The fee includes:

  • 6 hours of on-ice training

  • 4 hours of off-ice training

  • Certificate of participation

  • Q&A session with the instructors

  • Ice rink rental during the sessions

• The fee does not include: accommodation, meals, transportation, or supervision of minors.

• Payments must be made within 7 days of completing the registration form.

• Bank transfer details:

  • Transfer title: "Workshop May 24–25 – [Participant's Full Name]"

• All participants are covered by basic accident insurance (NNW) for the duration of the event.

§4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted by email to: onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com – the date of receipt determines the cancellation date.

  Refund Policy:

  • Until April 30, 2025 (inclusive) – 100% refund of the amount paid

  • From May 1 to May 14, 2025 – 50% refund of the amount paid

  • After May 14, 2025 – no refunds, regardless of the reason

• The participant can transfer their spot to another person after prior arrangement with the organizer.

• If the workshop is canceled for reasons beyond the participants' control (e.g., rink malfunction, unforeseen event by the organizer), the participant is entitled to a 100% refund.

• The organizer does not cover transportation, accommodation, or meals.

§5. Individual Training Sessions

• It is possible to book individual training with Kyrylo Marsak:

  • 250 PLN (60€ / 3000 UAH) per hour for one person

  • 500 PLN (120€ / 5600 UAH) per hour for a group of up to 5 people

• The fee does not include the ice rink entry ticket – participants are responsible for purchasing it according to the rink’s price list if the individual training occurs during public skating hours.

• Individual training sessions are only available if the ice rink is open during public skating hours.

• To reserve individual training, please contact the organizer in advance.

§6. Registration and Invoicing

• Completing the registration form means accepting these Terms and Conditions.

• Invoices are issued upon request after providing billing details via email: onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com.

• The organizer is not a VAT payer – invoices are issued without VAT.

§7. Image Consent

• Participants acknowledge that the event is public and will be documented through photos and videos.

• By registering, the participant gives consent for their image to be used for promotional purposes by the organizer, including publication on social media, the organizer’s website, and marketing materials.

• Participants who do not consent to the use and sharing of their image must inform the organizer before the workshop starts by emailing onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com.

• Personal data processing rules are specified in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

§8. Final Provisions

• The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the workshop schedule.

• The organizer is not responsible for items left by participants at the ice rink.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved according to Polish and European Union law.

• Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the Civil Code and other applicable legal acts.
